Data retention
Keep operational records only as long as they remain useful or required.
This policy describes the standard lifecycle for active, disconnected, and deleted installation data.
Effective August 18, 2026While the app is connected
We retain the installation, package, customer-credit, booking, purchase, audit, webhook, and security records needed to operate the service, preserve an accurate ledger, recover failures, and support the installing business.
When the app is disconnected
The installation is marked disconnected, wallet links and sessions are revoked, and the app stops processing the location's operational events. Tenant data enters a 30-day retention period so the business can reconnect, request an export, resolve a dispute, or ask for support without immediately losing its audit trail.
After 30 days
Tenant data associated with the disconnected installation is scheduled for deletion, including contacts, packages, credits, reservations, appointment links, wallet records, purchase mappings, operational jobs, and related webhook payloads. Service-provider backups may age out under the provider's protected backup lifecycle and are not used for ordinary business operations.
Limited exceptions
We may retain a minimal record longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, protect security, or resolve a pending claim. Where practical, retained information will be limited or de-identified.
Early deletion and reconnection
An authorized business representative may request deletion before the 30-day period ends by emailing support@appointmentcredits.com. Reinstalling during the retention period reactivates the installation and cancels its scheduled deletion.
